Das denkmalgeschützte Gebäude aus dem Jahr 1912 steht an prominenter Stelle im Stuttgarter Süden. In den obersten 3 Etagen des Wohn-und Geschäftshauses befinden sich 4 Wohnungen die generalsaniert und teilweise zu Maisonettewohnungen erweitert werden. Die Umbaumaßnahme wird in enger Abstimmung mit dem Landesamt für Denkmalschutz durchgeführt.

The listed building, dating from 1912, occupies a prominent location in Stuttgart’s south. The top three floors of the mixed-use residential and commercial building contain four apartments, which are undergoing complete renovation and will be partially converted into maisonette apartments. The conversion work is being carried out in close consultation with the State Office for the Preservation of Historical Monuments.

Clădirea monument istoric, datând din 1912, ocupă o locație proeminentă în sudul orașului Stuttgart. Ultimele trei etaje ale clădirii rezidențiale și comerciale mixte conțin patru apartamente, care sunt în curs de renovare completă și vor fi parțial transformate în apartamente tip maisonette. Lucrările de conversie se desfășoară în strânsă consultare cu Oficiul de Stat pentru Conservarea Monumentelor Istorice.
